There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, or your received the wrong item(s), you may be eligible for a replacement. This must be determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact me at christmanartwork@gmail.com within a week's time of delivery with photos of the wrong/damaged item(s), your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
